Research and development of the low-code low-modeling BESSER platform, aimed at building better smart software faster, use of GenerativeAI, Low Code, for the automatic generation of APIs and cloud deployment.

Research Work - Ibisc Lab

    Machine Learning & Deep Learning Interpretability: Led a comprehensive study on interpretability in machine learning and deep learning, implementing techniques such as GLocalX to extract both local (Anchors, LORE) and global rules. Emphasized the importance of understanding model decisions across various domains. Advanced Variational Autoencoder (B-VAE) Development: Focused on enhancing the separation of variation factors in modified MNIST data through the study and implementation of B-VAE. Developed a sophisticated CNN architecture to better capture variations, optimizing image reconstruction and generation. Outcome Prediction with ML Techniques: Directed a project aimed at predicting outcomes using advanced machine learning techniques. Involved extensive data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and the development of models including Logistic Regression, SVM, Random Forest, and XGBoost, followed by rigorous postprocessing to enhance model performance. LTL Model Checking: Implemented a tableau-based approach for partial model checking and synthesis in LTL, working with Python and C++ based on the work by Serenella Cerrito, Valentin Goranko, and Sophie Paillocher.
